Our Policy

Mark-It™ Signals respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and may remove infringing content.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed content and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to federal court jurisdiction
  • Your contact information

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.

False Claims

Submitting false or fraudulent DMCA notices may result in legal liability. Be sure your claim is valid before filing.
